colon hydrotherapy
What is involved? |
Colon Hydrotherapy is the ultimate
detox, it is a gentle cleansing of the colon to promote effective
digestion and well-being.
Colonic hydrotherapy or irrigation is a gentle cleanse using warm
purified water that can help eliminate stored faecal matter, gas,
mucus and toxic substances from the colon. The practice dates back
to 1500 BC and can help tone and reshape the colon.
On arrival you will need to complete a medical questionnaire which
will be followed by a full explanation of your treatment. The
procedure lasts approximately 45 minutes. You will have some
abdominal massage during your treatment to stimulate the release of
stored waste. The treatment is painless and dignity is maintained
throughout. No dietary or special requirements are needed prior to
your treatment, although it is advisable not to eat a heavy meal at
least 2 hours before and to be well hydrated. The process is
completely safe, all equipment is either sterilised or disposable. |
